A TOWN HALL FOR BLENHEIM.

(Per Press Association.) BLENHEIM, July 12. A poll was taken to-day on a proposal to raise £IOOO for the erection of a Town Hall for Blenheim, and was carried by 3(1-1 to 221. Considerable interest was taken in the event, the old theatre, which tiid duty for thirty years, having been converted into business premises nearly .two years ago, and the town having been without a large public hall ever since.
