CHRISTCHURCH TRAM ACCIDENT.
INSPECTOR GILLIES RKCOVER- [ ING. (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, July 12. Inspector Gillies, who was injured in the accident at the. opening of the electric tramways over five weeks agq, has so far recovered as to he able to walk about a litfe, but it will be a week or so before he is able to venture out of doors.
