An English Bye-election.
(Received July 11, 10.37 p.m.) LONDON, July 11. The Bye-election for the Down (West) vacancy caused by the resignation of Captain Hill, resulted in the return of Mr Liddell, Unionist, who polled W3fi votes, against Mr Bcattic, Independent Unionist, 3H15.
