Bishop, whoj constitute the Poldoo Cam mission -tjo inquire into the Dun-edi-o police scandal, arrived to-night, accompanied by Comroisßiooer Dinnici and an official stenographer. The Commission opens to-morrow morning, but so far has not settlacl, anything inr regard to procedure.
