He \lso claims several minor successes. The Japanese claim to have badly oiVwUd 400 cavalry north of Yusyon», Kole,a, to have repulsed an attack of (500 cavalry on Pinnuiho; on the right balik of the Lkiu and to have simultaneously defeated, another cavalry, attack, backed by' eighteen gums, eight miles northwest of Pinnui'ho. The Russian losses were 400, aa3 the Japaneso 91.
