Lyttelton Times, the chief grounds being that the building was constructed from plans mutually agreed upon, which were expected to prevent noise and vibration, and the defendants were to be at liberty to carry 00 the printing business as be I ore, tad that an agreement between the parties was made. On the basis of -these facts, counsel argued defendant r most be held to have reserved the I right to work its machinery, and to the same extent as previously. The Court sits as a Full Bench of the Supreme Court on Tuesday to bear an appeal from the decision of Dr. McArthur. S.M.. at Wellington. • upon the question of pakapoo being an illegal game.
