ANGLO-FRENCH ENTENTE SECURE. PARIS, July 3, M. Rouvier (French Foreign Minister) and Prince von Radolin (German Ambassador) will exchange memoranda summarising the verbal agreement concerning the principle oi a conference in regard to Morocco. France will then accept a proposal for'a conference, having obtained! guarantees that the conlerence will not revise the Anglo-French entente or imperil France's legitimate rights.
