A HANDSOME DIVIDEND.
(Per IVess Association.) WELLINGTON, Juno 23. The general manager of tho No* tional Hank of New Zealand, Ltd., hus received a cable message from his London Hoard advising the declaration of a dividend of five per cent, for the half year, and of a bonus to shareholders of two per cent, on paid up capital, dajualling 12 per cent, in all for tho year to March 31 last. Thu sum of £PO,OOO has been added to the reserve fund, making it £230,000, and £B3OO is carried forward. The directors have again allocated £SOOO in reduction of tic valuation of bank prem ses, and £3500 to the officers' pension fund. 1 The annual meeting is to be held in London on July 4th,
