ARBITRATION COURT.
(Per Press Association.} CHRISTCHURCH. June 23.
Tho Arbitration Court jthis morning awarded £250 compensation against Mr AV. «.. Lyttelton, a Rakaia sheep, fanner, in consequence of the death by accident of V . Doughtnan while in respondent's employ. An application for an enforcement order against tho KaJapoi Woollen Company for trying on chart otder garments, alleged to be contrary to the tailors' award, was! dismissed. Tho hearing of the Iron and Dross Moulders' dispute wusl continued. After evidence hod been given by employers, the Court adjourned for a fortnight.
