The Japanese Consul's advices of[flcially announced : ''The damage to our fleet Is very slight. None of the battleships, cruisers, destroyers, or other ships, save three torpedo bouts, were lost. Admiral Togo has been authorised to fiermiti Vice-Admiral Diehogatoff to submit to the Czar rojiorts on the h(atUo, and lists of Russian killed, wounded, and taken prisoners. Admiral Togo is also authorised to release oa parole the wounded, officers of the battleships: Nicolai 1., Orel, Admiral Apraxine and Admiral Senyavin. •'Admii'nl Rozhdestvensky was tak,cn to the Sasebo nuval hospital.
