Anderson, Government Inspector at the Canterbury Meat Company's freezing works at Belfast, has tested this new niotVod, and is satisfied with tho rssuft. Carcases branded by the process and frozen remained in the freezing <cjiambers to}- three wepk>, and when ta-lwm out and thawed the b'ands (diowed; i)o s)gns pj obliteration.
