Four 12in guns, twin-mounted, in barbettes. Four lOin guns mounted singlv, in barbettes. Twelve 6in guns, carried in the citadel. Twelve 12-pounder guns. Six Maxim guns. Three 3-pounder guns. Five torpedo tubes. The 12in guns will weigh approximately fifty-nine tons each. The weight of the projectile is 850T!j. The charge will be cordite (probably of the modified type), and no armour which any ship can carry can hopo to cope with their penetrating power at 3000 yards. The penetrating power alone of the lOin guns, iiring_ a projectile of 5001b, is equal at 3000 yards to that of any of the 12jn guns at present afloat in any navy. The officers and crew will number 980.
