MR O'SULLIVAN'S OPINION ON NEW ZEALAND. (Received May 18, 1-15 a.m.) SYDNEY, May 17. Mr O'Sullivan, ex-Minister for Public Works, who recently visited New Zealand, was favourably impressed with the colony, which .appeared to be a well - ordered, prosperous country, with a wonderful climate. If New South Wales, he said to an interviewer, had half its rainfall it would be a veritable paradise. He struck with Wellington as a rapidly ft improving centre of commerce. Mt O'Sullivan speaks'highly of the treatment he received in all parts of the colony.
