Hnrrawa.v, flourmiller, Green Island, claimed £IOO damages Irani the ['Tounnillers' Association for a breach of agreement. The caw; is really one of interpretation of an agreement li.\ which each miller is bound to sell only through the Association, except for export, and through a free port, and is bound to supply a certain quota of flour. Harraway owns a mill at Green Island ami another at Mundeville, each subject to a separate agreement.
