THE FLOURMILLERS' ASSOCIATION.
(Per Press Association.)' DI i\MI)IX, May 10. A caso in connection wiith the l'lourmil!eis' Association caiue beforo Mr Justice Williams to-day, when H. Hnrrawa.v, flourmiller, Green Island, claimed £IOO damages Irani the ['Tounnillers' Association for a breach of agreement. The caw; is really one of interpretation of an agreement li.\ which each miller is bound to sell only through the Association, except for export, and through a free port, and is bound to supply a certain quota of flour. Harraway owns a mill at Green Island ami another at Mundeville, each subject to a separate agreement. His contention is that no can supply the total quota for both mills from the Green Island mill, this saving the expense of Keeping the Mandeville mi.'l at work. The Association contends that this would give him an unfair advantage. Decision was reserved.
