(Per Press Association.) GISUOJiNE, Sln.v 10. Charles Simpson (with an Australian record) and John Delaney were sentenced to twelve and' three months respectively for being illegally on premises. The evidence showed that, they had broken into a store at Tologa Bay, and were disturbed while operating on a safe containing Post and Telegraph, receipts nnd other moneys, amounting to several hundreds.
