(Fee Press Association.) DUNEDIN, May 8. At the St. Kikla Borough Couutil meeting to-night Councillor T. S. Culling handed over to the Mayor, on a 999 years' lease at a peppercorn rental, four und a hnlf acres of land in the borough us a recreation ground l . The lease wan adopted so as to give the Council the right to charge for admission when desired. It was stated the land was valued a"t about £IOOO.
