Herr Tuttcnbach, interviewed by Reuter at Tangier, implied that Uerlnany's policy was, to restore in Morocco the status existing bofore the Anglo-French convention. 11c dis- , claimed the intention of negotiating a commercial convention, but claimtd equal rights with other nations and insisted on the integrity uf Morocco.
