PETERSBURG, May 1 The Russian Oovernnitnt has decide 1 to renew the earlier decree giving liberty of worship, and removing tinrestrictions against orthodox' dissenters, Roman Catholics, Mohammedans and Bhuddists. The religious reforms are received nitli enthusiasm as heralding the concession of politiqnl liberty* LONDON, May 1. The Daily Mail's SI. Petersburg correspondent states that no religious relief will bo granted to the Jews.
