The Moroccan Incident.
PAST THE ACUTE STAGE. (Received April 29, 1.22 a.m.) LONDON, April 28. The Times' Derlin correspondent says- the Moroccan incident has passed out of the acute stage. M. St. Rene Taillartdier, French Minister to Morocco, and Herr Tattenbach, German Minister, and Mr G. Lowthcr, British Minister, will be at Fez simultaneously. This will ive the Sultan ampl« opportunity of ascertaining European views.
