(Received ""April 28, 9.27 p.m.) MELBOURNE, April 28. 'Hie annual meeting of flic Colonial Bank of Austraiairfa was held today. The profits for the hulf-year were £19,320. A dividend of five per cent, was deolared, £IO,OOO transferred to reserve, and £Hi:io carried forward. The report regretted that notwithstanding tho large .withdrawal of money to Great Hiifeiin fuodg were collecting in financial institutions in the Commonwealth, showing a Tack of that enterprise which characterised the earlier annals of the colony.
