It is stated in Tokio that the place and date of the ponding naval combat will depend entirely on Admiral Rozhdestvensky. The Japanese rely on their superior advantages of no-, bility of personnel and morale ; also •on the condition of their ships. Admiral Togo's whtreubouts are a secret. His crews arc not allowed to communicate, with their relatives.
