St. Mary's Church Enlargement

The committee of the Govett-Brown Memorial Fund met in St. Mary's vestry on Thursday morning, all being present to consult with Mr C. J.Mountfort, of Christ church, with whom for some time they have been in correspondence respecting the enlargement of the church, partly by way of a memorial to the lute Archdeacon Govctt, and partly to provide funds needed for additional seating accommodation.
