Accident at the Breakwater.

The blow precipitated him violently on to tho stuck on his lelt sidf, and when picked up it was found thut his- left thigh was broken, and his body severely bruised. Dr. Home was summoned, and ordered Howell's removal to the hospital, where he is making as good progress as can.be, expected. "
