(lUtceiveri April 6, if p.m.) Hie Times' St. Petersburg correspondent reports that a stranger in the'unlform of a Cossack officer, attended the Czar's reception at TsarsKoeselo Discrepancies in his accoutrements aroused suspicion, and he was arrested, and found in possession of two small bombs.
