(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 27. Mr F. M. 11. Fisher, who is contesting the vacancy in the Parliamcutary representation of Wellington, caused by the death of his father, addressed the electors tonight. There was a large gathering, and the candidate was well received, and had a good hearing.
