PASTORS' PROVIDENT FUND.
(Per Pros" Association.' AUCKLAND, March 22. The Congregational Chuich .Union is making considerable efforts to raise a pastors' provident fund with a capital of not less than £3OW. Already £ISOO is in hand, and sums of £SOO from Wellington, £IOO from Auckland. £IOO from Otago, and £3O from Canterbury have been promised; in fact, all but Kill of the remaining £ISOO necessary. Mr George Fowlds, M.H.R., at the Contrregalionalists' meeting last ni«ht, said that the committee intended to do its best to complete the fund this year.
