II was, therefore, hoped that the Hoard would assist ihe •scheme by kindly grant ing a lease on nominal terms.

Though in sympathy wii.li the project tile Hoard had no jurisdiction in the matter, as the situ mentioned was ill the hands of the Railway Department. The secretary was instructed to send a repiv to this eflect.
