(Per Press Association.) GISBORXE, Feb. 27. At o meeting of the East Coast Railway League tohdny it was decided, to. invite the Premier and the Ministers for Public Works and Railways, the Native Minister., and Messrs Ilcrries and Wi l'ere, M.II.R.'s, *■ to visit Napier on the occasion of the opening of the line to Karak a on March 31. The following resolutions were carried unanimously :—" The Gisbomc Railway League notes with pleasure the very valuable reports the (iovermuent have received from experts on the water power of the colony."
