GOOD PRICES REALISED. (Per Press Association.) GISBORNE, Feb. 25. The East Coast Trust Land Board sale proved a great success, there being a keen demand for properties, both by local and outside buyers. Everything went satisfactorily, the prices realised being considerably above roservc. Leasehold land reached as high as 20s per acre. The Board are So satislicd that they will offer sixHy to seventy thousand acres more land, including both lease iiid freehold in April next.
