The names of the owners of Marin-1 ella ami Kotoairo were ordered to be' placed on the unpaid forfeit list, as were also those of T. Rowan and Kincup. —Manaia Meeting.— The application of Ihc Manuia Racing Club to hold their meeting on March 22 instead of ,lune 3 was! complied with, and the programme for the meeting was approved. —Gentlemen Riders.— Tt was decided that the funds received from gentlemen riders nl the Stratford and Manaia meetings bo remitted to the respective clubs for the purpose of being utilised in the purchase of trophies for the riders of winning horses. Gentlemen riders' certificates were granted to Messrs F. W. Webb and F. Besley. —-Licenses-. A trainer's license was granted to J. W. Porter, of Stratford, and an '■ apprentice's license to Albert Ste1' phens.
