(Received Feb. 13, 10.50 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 13. lhe Prince of Wales has been appointed Warden of the Cinque ports, in connection with which Dover Castle is to be opened to the public. (The Wardcnship l of tho Cinqua. Ports now is a sinecure, and carries an income of £3OOO a year. Dover Castle was at one time the official residence of the Warden.)
