A State Bye-Election.
(Received Feb. 12, 4.26 p.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 12. The bye-election in the Rous constituency has resulted in the return of Mr Himlmarsh by a majority of 121 over Mr R. D. Meagher. The successful candidate is a supportes of the Government 'and Mr Meagher stood as an Independent.
