Duty Abolished by the United States. NEW YORK, Feb. li. Great satisfaction has been tauteu iimongst fanners in Ca.nada through the Hon. Leslie Shaw, Secretary to the United States Treasury, announcing a 99 per cent, "drawback" on duties on wheat which it is desired to mix with United States wheat for the purpose of the manufacture of flour for export. Northwestern millers in the United States will thus be enabled to use this year's poor quality wheal by mixing
