(Per Press Association.) TIMAIHT, Jan. 30. The poll on tho )-lnrbour Hoard's proposal to raise a loan of £50,000 is not quite complete, but will lie carried by a considerable majority in a rather small polling. The figures are 1833 for and [}l4 ugninst. Abour one-third polled in Timnru borough.
