The authorities at St. Petersburg have issued a statement that Admiral Rozhdestvensky defeated severa'i Japanese warships. I Latest from Madagascar confirm the Times' statement cabled on the 21st inst. (that the Admiral would remain in the Indian .Ocean at least three months), and that Rozhdestvensky sailed only five days ago. Another advice states that he is hanging about in Madagascar water?.
