Britain's Coal Supply.
Not Yet Running Short (Received Jan. 27, 0.41 a.m.) LONDON, Jan. 26. A Royal Commission reports that the United Kingdom's available coal deposits are ten thousand million tons above the commission's estimate given in 1871, and it is unnecessary to artificially restrict the export trade, though various economies in working and consumption are recommended.
