CAUSES FRENZIED EXCITEMENT AND RIOTING. (Received J[an. 25, 9.47 p.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, Jan. 25. When the news of the St. Petersburg; massacre reached Radum (a town in Russian Poland, 75 inf!es from Warsaw) the workers paraded, shouting: "Down with the Czar ! Down with the murderers of little chidren Reservists broke out and joined in the fighting against tho troops. Three officers and many soldiers and u hundred workmen were killed, awl several buildings were dvnamited. lho upheaval is spreading throughout Russian Poland.
