Settlement of Strike Improbable. SYDNEY, Jun. 21. There Is litllo promise <ji «n immediate settlement of the Newcastle strike. Thirteen collieries are idle and sixteen in operation. Work" has been resumed in the Fein w Main mine, but the Lambton has ceased operations.
(Received Jun. 2-1, 9.7 p.m.) I'AKIS. Jun. 24. Al. liouvior has formed his Cabinet, which will adhere to M. Combes' programme. M. Delcasse retains the portfolio of Foreign Minister.
