An Old Case Revived. BERLIN, Jan. 16. Tho Superior Court has reduced Gunther's and Voigh't's sentence, cabled on NovemJjer 24th, to eighteen months' ordinary imprisonment, While Heine's has been increased to six months, with reduction to the ranks. (Sergeant Heine, while drunk in a saloon at Dessau, insulted girls. Theiif friends, ami his subordinates, named Gunther and Voight, asked for an explanation, when Heine drew his sword, but was disarmed and knocked down. He Was sentenced to three months' imprisonment, but not degraded, and the soldiers were sentenced to live years i D r insubordination, and were hot allowed to plead self-dtfcncc against their superior.)
