French Cabinet Crisis.
M. Combes' Resignation. ' (Received Jan. la. 10.14 p.m.) . LONDON, Jan. 16. Owing lo tho death of M. Loubet's mother M. Combes d o es not resign until Wednesday. It is probable that M. Bouviec will be summoned to form a Cabinet, MM. Bertcaux (Minister for War) and Delca.sse (Minister for Foreign Affairs) remaining in the Ministry. The Times says that no real change of policy is expected. (The Combes Ministry took office in June, 1902.)
