SCHOONER WRECKED. Thirteen of Crew Missing. (Received Jan. 14, 0.47 a.m.) HKISHAXE, Jan. 13. The schooner Wywerra was totally wrecked near Sandy Cui*. The vessel was engaged in collecting beche de mere and fishing. Three utfoWfrinulH landed safely, but the captain, mate, and eleven albiJi'iginuls are missing. The Texas SuniYors. IHUNKING SEA WATER. LONDON, Jan. 13. Tho Texas survivors drank sea water, and suffered terribly. On the thirteenth day they drew lots and were about to resort to cannibalism when rescued. __________ The Bougainville's Experiences. A NARROW ESCAPE. WELLINGTON, Jan. 13. Additional particulars regarding the liro on the French barque Bougiain\|illo show that tho vessel had a miraculous escafve from blowing up. Tho fire ia tradcablo right up to the ijloco where oi 1 ! and spirits were slowed., The captain's theory is that continued battening down smothered the flames, and tho water poured in on tho thirteenth day finally got the lire under. Asked why ih» .water was not poured in earlier, the captain stated that tho heat and smoke were too great to permit 'the \*itul spot being reached, and he didnU know exactly whero tho fire was spreading. Four barrels of wine wore burned, and the only other damage, was to the sails, provisions, and stores, and perhaps a few cases of kerosene. Structural ilamago was confined to a few boards and beams;
