Sale of Yogeltown Sections.
The sale by auctidn of sections in the Iftronga township, Vogeltown, attracted a large number of persons to Mr Newton King's auction mart ou Thursday evening. This magnificent property was offered on exceptionally easy terms, and being level latyd forms iiteail building sites. The sections* fronting Carrington Itoad were lirst put u]>. Mr B. Tooke, jun., was the lirst purchaser, sections 7 and 8 being knocked down to him at £-01 and £(SO respectively * Mr F. Prp r Corkill then secured sections 1 and 2 for £(SO eac|), and Mr M. J took the remainder of tho front at a similar iigure. Tw 0 of the kill s, were apqufred liy Mr - A. H. vans, of Palmerston North, while section 11 fell to Mr VVMtmore.
