INTERRUPTS SHIPPING. (Per Press Association.) GISBBRNE, Jan. 4. Heavy weather continues along the coast. The Kaik'ouna and Waiwcra have not yet faeen able to proceed with loading. Tho Herald, after some work, proceeded to Napier at 5.30 p.m. Passengers were landed from the Victoria, which arrived from Auckland at 5.30, but the outward passengers had a very rough time. The launch ventured out again, but could not get outgoing passengers aboard the steamer, AH, the available lines snapped, and the launch had to return to the wharf with about forty passengers!. The Victoria then proceeded on her vayage south.
