Exhibition Notes.
The carnival chapping contest promises* to be one of the most exCiting ever held in the colony. In addition to 60 entrants afceady notified there are still the Tasmania* men to come, , .. "The Floe Art Committee of the exhibition have asked ue to request ttioso who have pictures to send them to «t once. Exhibits of curios will be received on and after Saturday next. A real treat for the Scotchmen ! At the Caledonian sports being arranged the whole of the Highland Contingent will be prewnt.
