DALOETY STRUCK OUT OF LIST OF SITES.

SYDNEY, Dec. 14. In the Assembly, the Prem-ftr in a strong speech •ondemned the Federal proposal to tako nine hundred miles for Federal territory. The Government decided to submit the (question to a conference of Premiers. The Assembly struck out Dalgety from the list of sites for the capital to be offered to the Federal Government, limiting it to ""Lyndhurst, Cass, and Tumut. (Received Dec. 14, 11.25 p.m.)

SYDNEY, Dec. 14. The members of the Ministry voted against the exclusion; of Dalgety, the Premier (Mr Carruthers) remarking that it would bo an affront to the Federal Parliament. It was decided to appoint a committee tocooperate with the Government in negotiations with the Federal Government regarding the fixing of a site.
