Trince Urusoff, Governor of Bessarabia, in a remarkable address to a Jewish deputation, declared that the Kishinelt atrocities must provoke indignution in the heart of every honest Russian. The members of the deputation emphasised Prince Urusoff's justice and legality towards the .lews, who rejoice that ho hus been appointed a member of the Commission for revision of legislation dealing with Jews.
