(Par Press Assoclatteß.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 8. The Legislative Council passed all tdio bills forwarded to that Chamber by tho Lowor House. The Council finally concluded its sittings at 8.5 p.m. Tho House resumed at 9 a.m., and after some discussion the supplementary estimates were passed. The following bills j>assod their linal stages—Dentists, Waitomo County, Christohiurch Donxa/iis, and Otugo University Reserves. The Appropriation Bill passed its iinal stages practically without discussion. On assembling at .7.55 p.m. complimentary references were mude to tho manner in .which ,the Speaker luui carried out his. duties during the session. TJie jongian Anally closed at 8.20 pun., ivhea ),y 15 votes to 12 tl., Ilomw dec*fc>4 to adjourn.
