The schedule of business presented to tho House shows that during the session 27 selecty committees were set . up, 175 public bills introduced (of which 80 received the Royal assent and 95 were dropped or otherwise disposed of), 5 private bills received the Royal assent, 957 petitions were presented, 778 questions usked of Ministers, 290 papers laid upon tho tabic, and 474 reports received from select committees.
