TYROLEAN 'VARSITY TOWN UNDER MOB RULE. VIENNA, Nov. 5. The opening o( the Italian faculty at the University at Inneforuck, capital of the Tyrol, led to racial riots. Furniture was smashed and thrown into the street, and the faculty building, Italian Club, und inns were wrecked, and many persona wore injured. The mob also made a demonstration in the vicinity of the Italian Consulate.
