His Worship the Mdyor, Major Okcy, Captain Bfellringer, Messrs V Skinner, MacDi a rmid, Denipwy, Kichmond, Gilbert, and other secretaries friendly Societies were appointud a committee to arrange the procession, with power to add to their number. The building committee was appointed a decoration committee, with v power to add.
